DEBARSHI
DAS
I build things that work. Shipping production software with focus, grit, and a stubborn commitment to getting it right.
Who I Am
I show up, put in the work, and figure it out. No shortcuts. No excuses.
Three years in the trenches. I have shipped features, fixed production fires at odd hours, and built systems that held up when it mattered. Not because I am special, but because I do not quit.
Currently at Metrum AI, building interfaces for healthcare systems. Before that, PwC India, where I learned that real software is messy, and you have to embrace that to make it better.
I am not the smartest person in the room. But I will outwork most. I read, I experiment, I break things, I learn. Every day is a chance to know something I did not know yesterday.
What drives me? Solving hard problems. Building things people actually use. Getting better at this craft, one commit at a time.
Grit Over Talent
Consistency beats brilliance. I show up every day and do the work, even when it is hard.
Stay Curious
The moment you stop learning, you start falling behind. I read, I tinker, I ask questions.
Own the Outcome
If something is broken, fix it. If something is unclear, clarify it. Do not wait for permission.
Experience
Where I have learned and grown
Every role taught me something. Every mistake made me better.
